Case Details

Lithium-ion batteries are batteries that use lithium alloy metal oxides as the positive electrode material, graphite and other materials as the negative electrode material, and a non-aqueous electrolyte solution. Among them, the positive electrode material directly affects the core performance of the lithium-ion battery. The overall process of power battery recycling adopts crushing, pyrolysis, and sorting to achieve efficient recovery of valuable metals from battery cells. The process can separately treat waste lithium iron phosphate and ternary power lithium batteries. Through material lithium sorting methods, efficient recovery of valuable metals from lithium batteries is achieved, sorting out the pile heads, magnetic shells, copper foil, aluminum foil, and pole powder in waste lithium batteries. The recycling and reuse of power batteries can partially alleviate the supply and demand contradiction of lithium battery materials and reduce the production cost of new energy vehicles.
