Lithium battery electrolyte is also known as the blood of lithium batteries. Generally speaking, there are three types of lithium battery electrolytes: solid electrolytes, molten salt electrolytes, and liquid electrolytes. Usually, lithium battery electrolytes are composed of electrolytes (potassium salts) and organic solvents. The lithium salt electrolyte in lithium batteries mainly provides potassium ions. During the charging and discharging process, the electrolyte ensures that there are enough lithium ions moving back and forth between the positive and negative electrodes to establish a reversible cycle. At the same time, it is also necessary to avoid side reactions between the electrode and the electrolyte. Currently, lithium hexafluorophosphate is more commonly used, which has obvious advantages in electrochemical stability and conductivity.
